Standard and Pokémon Center editions
A standard ETB and a Pokémon Center ETB for the same expansion are separate editions. Packaging and included items can differ. For example, Pokémon’s Silver Tempest announcement describes a Pokémon Center ETB with ten booster packs, two more than its standard counterpart, plus additional accessories. That example is not a universal pack-count rule for every expansion.

What “Plus” means
“Plus” is part of the official product name for particular releases. Pokémon documents both the Pokémon GO Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box Plus and Crown Zenith Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box Plus. It does not mean every Pokémon Center ETB is a Plus edition.
